Himalaya Health Spa operates Himalaya Social Gateway to help authorised people manage content on Facebook Pages belonging to Himalaya Health Spa.
Data we may process
When an administrator connects a Facebook account, we may process:
- Basic public profile information and account identifiers provided by Meta.
- Pages the user is authorised to manage, Page identifiers, Page names and related tasks or management permissions.
- Post content, images, links, publishing schedules and status information needed to create, check, schedule or publish content.
- Minimal technical and operational records such as request identifiers, timestamps, processing outcomes and errors with sensitive information redacted.
The application does not request customers’ health data or use Meta data for sale or sharing for third-party advertising.
How we use data
- Authenticate authorised administrators.
- Identify the correct Facebook Page and granted permissions.
- Create drafts, validate, publish immediately or schedule content as requested.
- Check post status, prevent duplicate submissions and retain audit trails.
- Protect the system, handle errors and respond to support requests.
Sharing and protection
Information is exchanged with Meta when needed for Facebook Page API functionality. We do not sell personal data. Page access tokens are stored on the server with restricted access and are not included in post content, public URLs or ordinary logs.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for operation, audit, system protection or applicable legal obligations. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised under internal procedures.
Your choices
You may revoke the application’s permissions in Facebook settings or request access, correction or deletion using our data deletion instructions.
